dsm injectors

I have a set of dsm injectors. I would like to know if these injectors would be okay to use with my 15g turbos?

Might be a bit too small. What are you using to tune? What octane and what fuel pump will you be using. Basically if you keep the boost extremely conservative, yes they will work, but 550ccs would probably be a better choice.

Everyone knows that if you put in 1000cc injectors your car will be running 9's.

I am using the new safc neo to tune, 93 octane pump gas, denso fuel pump. How much boost can the injectors handle.

not much, are you datalogging, dyno tuning, or using a wideband?

I am going to get it dyno tuned, and the afc neo has a wideband so i am going to use that too. What is that post about 1000cc injectors and 9sec.

The denso pump will probably overrun your stock fuel pressure regulator as well.

Also, I didn't want to guess at potential boost numbers without at least double checking...but I could only find 1 guy who had run 15Gs with 450cc injectors, and he said he had them maxed out before he hit 13.5psi.

That said, keep in mind, 13.5psi for his car doesn't mean 13.5psi for your car. Everybody's car is different, so basically, you have got to log or tune carefully with the wideband. A datalogger would allow you to keep an eye on your Injector Duty Cycles and see what capacity they are at. You can push htem a bit past 100%, but you have got to keep an eye on either your A/F ratio or knock counts (datalogger if you have a 91-93). If you start to lean out, get knock, or have timing pulled by the ECU, back the boost down a bit.

Basically, as I said before, those injectors just aren't big enough for those turbos if you want to run them in hteir prime boost levels. If it were me, I'd sell the DSM injectors, and those 1000cc injectors you mentioned before, and buy a set of used 550ccs for ~$250
