'01 GA GT Power Window pulley

Ok, here's the thing: somehow the cable inside my passenger side door that operate my power window came off the pulley (closer to the outer part of the door). my uncle and i got it back on the bottom wheel, but cant get it back on the top wheel. also, there's a nut on the cable that we think is supposed to be in a white plastic peace which goes up and down as the window does. if anyone has had this problem before and/or can help at all, i'd be very grateful.

Well as far as getting the cable back on the pulley: The pulley should have two "levels" (should make sense when looking at it) to it and the way I put it on last was to put the cable on the first "level" then slowly run the window motor up and the cable should slide right in place. It's quite the stretch. by the way this is on a 2 door I don't know if there's a difference or not. Hope this helps.
