97 neon Code questions

I own a 1997 dodge neon 2.0 sohc and im getting codes 171 and 137 just wondering what they were and what i should be looking for or what i should be fixing cause the car is running a little rough.

Any advice would be greatly apreciated.

171 System to lean
137 o2 sensor (bank 1 sensor 2) Low voltage

Make sure the connectors are secure and you may need a new O2 sensor.
