Rad Fan Switch question

Hello
i am lookin to wire up a switch so i can kick my rad fans on whenever i want to lower my engine temp

i know of the caspers hi speed fan switch but its 79 plus whatever

but id rather wire it up myself as its easy,

i know how to wire switchs and circuts up but i need more wire info
if i got the manual for my car 97 gt will it tell me what colours are what (fan fan wiring diagram).

All the PCM module does is send a ground/low to the respective cooling fan relays. So the best place to wire in a switch is there at the engine compartment fuse box or at the PCM connectors.

The GM service manual wiring diagram has the layout, pins and color coding of wire. Also, AllDataDIY.
