strut tower woes

has anybody had severe rust problems on their strut towers and i dont want to get rid of the car....is there any way to patch it to pass PA inspection or to replace them so i can drive the car for more than a year.....btw my 95 lx has 193000 miles on it an runs very good.....please help me....thanx:feedback:
