Actually, I'm not really sure it's either. Rice is about making a Jap car look meaner and faster than it is, so it's kind of trying to look like a JGTC car. Spud is the same thing for Yank tanks - so it's trying to make a neon look like a Corvette race car or something. The bus/van thing is something entirely separate - from an entirely separate universe, I sometimes think. I'm sure we can't be breathing the same air. :p
