93 geo prizm same as corolla knocking question

well i have a 1993 geo prizm 50,000 original miles the
car is like literly show room condition!

but it is knocking it has the 4-afe 1.6l 16 valve motor

i took the pan of and 1 rod bearing was shot all the rest were fine
well i replaced the bearing and it had play in it and i torqed it right
so should i get an oversized bearing or new motor i dont have much cash , and the crank is scored but not that bad from what they could see ok well please give me your opinion.

well the rod bearing chewed up so now i need a motor
if anyone has one that is by broadalbin ny wich is by amsterdam
