98 Civic random misfire SES flashing

Customer brought me in her 98 Civic with SES light flashing. I observed an obvious misfire. Scan shows five codes PO420, PO304, PO300, PO302, and P1399. Catalyst system efficiency low and misfiring. 1399 is still a mystery.
Timing belt was just replaced by Honda dealer. Same for plugs, wires, and water pump. It misses just off idle when accelerating. Misses at idle under load of AC and in drive. Does this randomly. It will sputter on acceleration for a short time then catch up and run fine.
