4G93T Conversion

Hi guys,
Just joined the forum and my very first question shall be:
Anyone here done a 4G93T conversion in their car? If so what have you done? I am planning to get a conversion and I've heard that there are alot of things that need to be done:
Ie : 2WD --> 4WD
Gearbox
ECU
Brakes
That kind of stuff. Any other things I should know about?
