sprinter 2500 traction

I have a 2005 sprinter 2500. I get stuck alot in sand and/or mud. It doesn't seem to do very well once you leave a paved road. I work in custom home construction during the week and camping on the weekends so needless to say I struggle alot with traction. Is there anything I can do to improve the traction on my sprinter so I won't get stuck as often? One time almost tipped over!

Yokohama tire will help. trust me. Get the geolator(sp) tires.
