I have a 95 blazer, 4x4. What my question is recently over the last few days it has developed a grinding sound in the front end, vibration and noise only coming from the passenger side. The thing that is confusing me is that with most bearings if they're bad they make noise till you fix em. This noise only occurs when turning left or right. Any suggestions? Lower balls are brand new moogs and uppers are getting done this weekend i grease the piss outta this truck Any and all help would be great thanks. Also i have been looking, can i just replace the bearings or do i need to do the whole hub assembly?

Could be bearings or CV joint(s).... Jack the front of the truck up, have someone grab the wheel at 3 and 9 o'clock and rock it back and fourth and 6 and 12 o'clock and rock it. While they're doing this, stick you head behind the wheel and look at the back of the hub to see if there is any play. If there is it's the hub, if not, look to your cv joints.

I am not sure on your 95 but on my 2000 you cannot replace/regrease the bearings. It comes as an entire hub assembly, but like I said I dont know if it is the same for your 95

Push your dust shields back by putting your thumbs at 5 and 7 o'clock and push them back.
Then go get your tires balanced.
