First of all I want to make sure what is the throttle body. Just to make sure that I do not sound stupid is it the air intake with the air filter at the end? And do I use Seafoam Deep Creep to clean the throttle body or is it something else? Thanks in advance

hassanbigboss,
I never did mine before cuz I've always had the dealership handle the job. I've heard it's a messy job though.

Basically the answer, hassanbigboss, is "yes." The throttle body is where the throttle is. That's the butterfly valve that is moved when you press on the gas. Follow the cable from the throttle cable to the "thing" it's connected to behind the motor, and that's the throttle body.

I guess I could go to a mechanic to have the throttle body cleaned but I do not think that I have the funds to go something like this right now. :frown: AccordCodger, thanks for backing my doubt. I appreciate it:)
