Windshield washer pump dead

My windshield washer pump is dead and I know cause I've filled the reserve with water, checked all the fuses, and I do not hear the motor pump.
The Haynes manual has nothing on this issue :(
How much does a repair cost for this? Can I do it myself relatively easily and save decent money?
This happened after I filled it with my own soapy water solution; since it is summer I don't have to worry about it freezing, can this have caused the motor of the pump to die or sieze?
Thanks A lot I appreciate it.

I would try to empty your SOLUTION: that could be the problem. If that does not work, check your motor for continuity.
Do you get power at the connector?
Good luck!

It's too low under the car. The pump is OEM JApan 25$ on internet. How much should I pay to replace it with labor if need be? 50$ worth it?
I don't have a garage and I don't have anything to lift the car high enough to get under it :(.
