2000 civic speakers?

my dad is trying to replace his back stock speakers and i'm in cali so i can't see the car.
isn't it just 4 screws on the underside that take the grill off?

so no one knows how to take out their back speakers? come on i know the are people on here that have replaced them!!!

Okay, I don't know how to remove the rear speakers personally, but I know where you can go to find out. This is a site I used to find out how to remove my factory head unit(cd player). It cost me a couple of bucks, but was well worth it as the instructions and pictures of how to remove it were dead on. Here is a link to the exact page you need on the site. I think these instructions are like $3.99. Not bad considering you will find out exactly how to do it instead of someone telling you how you might do it.
