I need your help againg guys

They had the car listed at 18K, but they sent me an email asking for 13.5K

13 sounds pretty good.. i'd go for it if I had the money.

13K sounds kinda cheap. Run it on Kbb.com and get a carfax.

Looks beautiful to me. 13K does sound kinda cheap for an '00 but it also sounds like a good deal if you check it out and everything looks good.

offer him 13k. run carfax first if you are serious with that..

That's a huge drop in price, I'd be a little concerned about that personally. Like said run a car fax, if it's close enough go look at it!
