2006 Accord EXV6 issues?

Wifes new 06 Accord V6EX has 2 issues dealer is stumped on. 1-when driving car will suddenly decelerate even though you are pressing gas. Feels like if you suddenly downshifted in a manual and it downrevved. Happens at slow speeds also on hiway. Intermittent but consistent 1x per week at least. Car is 3 months new has AT, tracation control etc.

2-4x when we come back to car parked locked at a restaraunt or mall all 4 windows are down 2 or so inches. This is uniform across all 4 windows. Has happened 4 or 5 times. Each time the windows were closed fully when we exited prior to locking electronically. Again the dealer is stumped.

Beyond that the car is fine but I would like to id these issues and see if anyonoe else has had similar problems....what the cause might be.

1. Make sure you're not pressing the gas and brake at the same time. I'm not trying to be insulting but I've seen it happen before.

2. What's probably happening here is the unlock button on the key fob is being accidentally pressed for a few seconds when placed in purse or pocket. You'll be able to roll the windows down on the car by pressing and holding this button. As you walk away out of range or the key shifts the windows will stop unrolling...leaving them down a few inches. Try seperating the key from the others on the ring for a while and see if this scenario stops.
