Range mode sensor

The link to details about removing and cleaning the transmission range sensor on FAQ is no good. Anyone got details/pictures?

Thanks. I took this to the place that does all my maintenance (Goodyear) and they won't do it. I can't do it. They told me to take it to a dealer, which I don't want to do. Would it be normal for a repair shop to refuse to do something which seems this simple?
