have to wait 5 min to start???

i have a 94 integra ls and i will drive it just for a couple of min or for however long and as soon as i shut it down i am not able to start it back up unless i wait for 5 or 10min then it starts right up everytime. i was wondering if there was a starter relay somewere because i got a chilton and i did not see one in there anywere what do u think it is i cant stand it?

I have a similar situation. 94 RS. Only in hot weather. Drive it to home from work to get it good and hot. Park in in the garage and then 10 minutes later it won't start. Cranks very well just doesn't "spark up". Previously I have replace the plugs and it seems to get rid of it for a while. I'm finding I am replacing plugs every 3 years or so. If anyone's got better ideas on what's causing this, I'm all up for it!

you both need to take your distibutor off and take it down to autozone to have the icm tested aka ignition control module i had the same prob i was driving and then the car shut off like u snapped a timing belt then 20 mins later i tried to restart it worked. so what is happening is the icm module gets hot and then shuts off its responsible for the spark and if its bad i recommend replacing the distributor because there are 5 other boxes inside and plus u get the lifetime warranty thats only if your icm is no good which is what it sound like so let me know what happens
