bov/intake hose

I just bought a new bov and I was wondering what I should do w/ the small piece of hose that goes from the bov to the intake pipe. Will it sound any different if I leave it on?? And if I do take it off do I need to plug the hole?

Leave it on, if its sound your after get a hard intake pipe.

But yes, you MUST leave it on. The BOV must be recirculated. Otherwise at idle and inbetween shift (whenever you are off the throttle) the car will start to stutter and want to die and will sound and feel like absolute crap.

I wish we could just take it off. I have taken mine off for a few minutes before and it sounds SOOOOOo sexy.

I know haha it didnt really make much sense when it said most people leave it open but in the pic it was on.
