Are these stock speakers?

I pulled off my passenger side door panel today to begin SANDING and I was just wondering if these are stock speakers or not. Im thinking so, judging by the black plastic bracket but they look kinda cool to be stock lol

Hmm, they're not very good aftermarket speakers, fyi don't get these speakers! lol they crackle and stuff when turned up too loud.

that dosnt even look like my stock speaker (i replaced mine with those exact ones (infinity 4X6's i think) and my stock speakers were all black and there was glue all over them and shit...worst lookin speakers ever...lol

Yeah, I guess that's a good point lol. I'll be swapping out the sony xplod I had in the 2.2 eventually.

gm uses bose all over, delco company is made by bose. and if they crackle then it is becasue they are blown, sucks huh lol.

I have never personally owned a set of Infinity subs but when I was redoing the stereo in my 94 Altima I bought Infinity reference series 6x9 for the back, and 5x7 for the front. Sounded better than what I had, but as time went on, I realized that they definitely werent worth the money. So I replaced them with Kicker :grinyes: BTW: I am getting speakers together for my new (98) Cavy Z24 Convertible, I was thinkin MB Quart components all the way around. Any input?

I'm not quite sure how you can hate JL, but I can understand the sony and jensen. Pioneer makes good speakers as does kenwood (kenwood decks suck ass though). If I had to pick though, It would be either JL, Kicker, or Audiobahn all around for me!

I havent heard good things, but I do know from experience that Audiobahns are really good. Friend has some in his truck, and those things will really give you a back massage and a headache at the same time. Like one of those massage chairs on crack.

i have been working with audio for a while now and have experimented with alot of different brands...as for kicker, thier amps and subs arent to bad...not been very impressed since the started selling to comercial stores...JL is boring as hell! sony sucks major ass. Pioneer i can say as far as the radio's are not bad at all. mids and highs are ok and amps and sub suck..Alpine mids and highs are awsome...with the right amount of power, head units used to be nice. Jesen is not bad unit for the buck.. not the best either...MTX impressed me ....10 years ago....dual HAHAHAHA dont want to get started there... i myself was running a Alpine 9831 deck, typre R 6x9's type S 4x6's a Kole Audio 760w 4 channel, 2 kole 3,000w class D mono amps pushing 2 SPL extreme 15"subs and 3 3.0 Kole capasitors...

I just recently sold the whole system to a guy at a local DB drag. This time im going much Larger, hehehehe 6 15" 2,800w SPL extreme subs, 6 Kole 3,000w class d amps, 2 Kole 960w 4 channel amps. 2 10 farad caps, 2 sets ofAlpine type R 6x9's and 2 sets of Alpine Type R 6 1/2 components.thinking about going the 6.5 inch double din Alpine dvd player...not sure as of yet..
