Who is the manufacturer for the AC Delco shocks and struts on Camaro?

Bilstein was who I was thinking that made Delco but wasn't for sure.

They are cheap Bilsteins...but they are still Bilsteins.

The ones im looking at for my car are $116.00 ea for the rear shocks and $ 149.00 ea for the front struts
Those are the ones with the "sport" ride control
