4-way switch

hey guys,
so the other day the highway got jammed up for whatever reason it was this week and I came around a corner to a mass of stopped traffic. While screaching to a halt I decided I'd throw on my 4-ways to signal people behind me of the impending standstill. Well in my haste to turn them on I pushed a little to hard and the red button jammed backward into my dashboard. I managed to get at it with a pencil I found in my console to turn them off but now I am without 4-ways and have a hole in my dash. Not a major problem but if anyone knows how to get the dash apart enough that I would be able to get at the switch to put it back in place without to much work I'd give it a go. I'll take any suggestions, thank you all.
