99 Intrepid Help

Okay, well, I tried putting a stereo in my car and everything was working fine. I cut the wires, tried finding the hot wire to no avail, so I connected everything back to normal and bought a harness and now the AC won't work unless on its highest setting, but then it blows out from everywhere and then settles for the front vents, then the auto door locks won't work unless the car is on and the remote is used. Also, the radio doesn't turn on at all, the old one or new one. I tried both. What is wrong?
