Transmission Code

I have an 03 pilot that I just had the EGR valve replaced in it. Well, the other day I was driving and the Drive light began flashing again. The book states this is a tranny problem, but I have no symptoms other than an intermittent light. When the EGR valve went out I had a surging when coasting. Now I have zero symptoms. Has anyone had this problem before? Any suggestions? The light is intermittent, and there are no symptoms what so ever.
