Here is what is happening:
On initial start up - blower works fine A/C or Heat
After running for about 2-3 minutes is slows/near stops. (set on 5, hardly anything coming out the vents)
Switch all climate controls to off for 5- 10 min
Repeats
Have tried kicking (lightly) the shroud under the dash, wham comes back on for a few minutes.
Is this the blower resistor (again)? I replaced one about 5 years ago, what a PIA.

When the resitor is bad it only makes the first two settings, 1-2, not work.
3-5 usually work when this fails.
Could just be a loose plug-in on the blower motor(from kicking it :)) or the blower is starting to die.
Pretty easy to take that panel off and look to see if those two different plugs are a go.
Could also hav something in the blower housing, stoping the squarrel cage.. but not likly.

Is the blower somewhat easy to remove and replace on this vehicle?
I have not been under the dash of this vehicle in quite a while.

Sure is easy :grinyes:
Thiers three bolts/screws that hold the kick panel on over the passengers feet area.
Thiers also three screws holding in the blower motor.
:uhoh: - Think these bolts are all 7mm or 5.5mm

Made the change, not difficult at all. Just requires a little patience and persistence. Oh yeah, an appointment next day with the chiroproctor (sp?)
