NEED HELP! 89 CRX died on me

History: Wrecked front end about 4 weeks ago.
2 Weeks ago horn blared uncontrollably while no one was in car, so I pulled the horn fuse under the hood.
Since then when I hit brakes I get no brake lights and seatbelt and door chime activate.
Then this morning I drove about 1.5 miles from home and CRX stalled.
Can not restart it. When I turn the key it seems like it is trying to turn over half heartedly and I get a high pitch spinning noise (almost like fuel pump sound but louder)
I do not believe this to be the starter, that would not have stalled it, and it does turn over. Also, I dont believe it is the flywheel either since it is turning over a bit.
But I may be wrong.....Any ideas?????

my guess is that when you wrecked you may have shorted something out

yeah, take a bunch of the salvageable shit out, sell that, and get another one. Sorry about the bleak outlook :(
