Engine build/rebuild video?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows of any great sites, or books about how to build your own engine, and goes into detail about all the parts in an engine. I would be greatly appreciative if anyone could help, or give ANY info you think might help me learn about this stuff. Also maybe how to build your own car, and what it takes, like tools, and parts. From what I've heard, this (http://speedtalk.com/engine-rebuilding-dvd-1.html) is an excellent DVD.

I was looking at that collection, but didnt see any reviews. I'll check it out.
