95 Caravan 3.0 high beam always on...

The highbeam indicator and lights on my '95 caravan are always on even if I turn off the ignition and removed the key. I tried looking for the relay and fuse but there's nothing. Then I tried replacing the multifunction switch where the headlight dimmer switch is located but the problem is still there. I even tried it without the switch but the light is still on. I owned a "Haynes Repair Manual" but I think the one I have is not upadated.
