96 318icab 1st elec. problem

I have a 96, 318ic The a/c blower runs a short period then quits for several days. The climate control lights up and the blower speed control will adjust but no blower, nor does the heater blower run.
Is this problem the blower, or resistor? Blower does come on but will not stay on.
Q.2: where is blower / resistor? How difficult to replace?
