88 PA fusebox location?

Can anyone tell me where any and all fuseboxes are located on a 88 Park Avenue? I'm checking into this for my mom downstate, she's got a car with some misc. problems, figure we'll start with the easy stuff.

Drivers side of the dash, behind the light switch bezel panel. There are two black knobs that you turn to release the panel.

The relay center and fuses for the fuel pump and (I think) ELC are located behind the glovebox. Either remove the passengerside hush panel (7mm screws) or wiggle the rubber stoppers in the glovebox and allow it to fall forward.
