Fuel pump resistor relay missing

My 1997 3800 grand prix se is giving symptoms like the fuel pump resistor is going out.

I have had this car since January and it has only given problems starting 3 times. It cranked fine but did not start. You had to crank it several times and wait a few minutes and then it will start. It is an intermittant problem.

I looked at the underhood panel to see how hard it would be to jump the resistor relay or bend tab 85 and the number 15 relay is not there! Here is a picture of the panel and the panel diagram. I have not pulled the wheel off to see if it physically had the resistor. Here is pictures of the relay and the panel diagram.

:nono: You do not have a fuel pump resistor so do not waste your time looking for one. Plus it was delivered from the factory without relay #15 as a result. Only L67 GTPs have the resistor and relay #15.

Run a fuel pressure check at the Schrader valve on the fuel pressure regulator.

Thank you. Now I know to look elsewhere for the problem.
