2002 Sebring Convertible CD player

i haev a 2002 sebring convertible. it has a four disc cd changer in the dash. this car was a repairable, hit in the back. the load/eject lights are flashing, it will not let me load any cd's. is there any way to reset the player? what else could i try to get it to work? i need help!!!
