Salvage Title T 100 Question

Im new to this site so bare with me. I purchased a T 100 from a private dealer knowing it was salvage title. But what I didn't know was they put in a Dummy Air bag. I was never told that from the dealer. Is that legal to sell a vehicle with no air bag if its equiped with it? Surely someone on here has an attorney friend that would know the laws on salvage vehicles.
