I was checking the fuse in the car while it was idling. I shut the car off and then it would not start. It started the next day and when I went down the road I punched the gas and then the cars motor quit. There is no spark going to the plugs. I need help thanks

Unsure what motor you have but, usual suspects are ignition module, which you can get checked for free (after you remove it) at Advance or NAPA, and, crank sensor can also cause this. If you are unsure where these are, get a Haynes manual or maybe try Autozone's online how to section for your car.
