having problems accellertating check engine code 37 throttle unlock solenoid PTU????

i got check engine on my 37 and 45 on a 1992 dodge ram 5.9L v8
it says my throttle unlock solenoid PTU has something wrong
i check my wiring and there is a plug that is not pluged in i believe thats it
does anyone know where i plug in this 2wire plug on the transmission?
