axle bearing or inner tire rod

i have a noise coming from my front left tire when i ease on the brakes you hear a clak clak clak noise i dont know if it could be the inner tire rod or the axle bearing if anyone can help thanx you. it`s not my brakes only happens when i ease on the brakes:frog:
