I just got home from seeing one of my favorite comedians LIVE!!! Gabriel Iglesias preformed tonight in Tempe and my GF somehow got us tickets!!!!!!!!
I must say though, I have not laughed this hard in ages. This was his first show after being kicked off of "Last Comic Standing" and... well, that didn't hurt his career... every show was sold out this weekend to the point that they had to ADD A DAY!!!! It's only the second time in the Club's history (since like the 60's) that they have added a day due to demand.
The most amazing part was how the show went over an HOUR extra... mostly due to him allowing QUESTIONS from the audience!!! and the only repeat joke he did was to explain his "Got Fluffy" shirt to someone who was either in a cave for the past few years or way too drunk to understand what he was asking.
If you see that he's in your town... or nearby. GO SEE THE SHOW!
