ac compressor assembly

hey has any one had this problem i got 95 cam 3.4 my ac compressor assembly which is a part of your pully system starts to smoke when i turn on the ac. the pully smokes like something is not turning on the inside of it. and its to dam hot to not have ac right now can any one help please . thankyou :iceslolan

The clutches are shot. Your better off getting a replacement at a salvage yard and then recharging it.

and thats on the inside of that perticula pully correct

The A/C compressor has clutches so that when off it can spin freely and draw alot of power from the engine. When turned on the clutches try to grab to spin the compressor run the air conditioning. They sell clutch kits but are usually more expensive than just getting a salvage yard replacement and are a pain to put in anyway.
