I have a 1996 4 Runner with what I think is a Nuetral Safety Switch issue. The vehicle will start but will not disengage from Park. I have hit the reset switch on the shift column and it will engage from Park to Drive. Is this the correct diagnosis? Has anyone replaced the Nuetral Safety Switch and if so was it difficult?
