YA thiers a fuse for the lighter, its in the fuse box under the hood I believe.
About the radio, thier is a bulb in their for the radio display, maybe its loose, the bulb #16208443 is a dealer part.
Heres a pic of the BULB (http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c242/xeroinfinity/SeCond%20Hand/Gmradiobulb.jpg)
If you remove the radio(make sure the theft deterant's off) its easy to check. Its a small brown/black roundish piece that has a straight slot on it, it just turns clockwise to tighten, CCW to loosen.
Those displays Do malfuction, and the display gets all
jumbled.

I know where the fuse box is udner the hood but How do I know which one is for the lighter and also could you give me a brief instruction on how to take out the radio and how hard is it? I have simple tools, nothing really mechanics wise though

remove the lid on the fuse box under the hood. Inside the cover is a diagram for that box. It has #'s ,, might be #35 :dunno:
To remove the radio, just need a straight slot screwdrivr, and maybe small socket.
The bezel around the radio just pops off, its held on with metal clips.
Start toward the bottom in Just pry it up a little and grab it with your hand and pull it off.
The radio has two or three screws/bolts holding it in. Pulls forward, and you'll see the light area in back and the bulb too.
Here is my Bezel (http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c242/xeroinfinity/SeCond%20Hand/dashdoor.jpg) its green :)
Sorry I didnt get back with you sooner,
and I hope this helps.

ITs not that bad of a task.
Easy enough, I'd trust my 9yr olds to do it :lol2:
One thing I did want to add that thiers these two wires, going to the ETS and Hazzards , they just unplug.
I'd suspect the bulb is loose and needs a turn.
Worst case the bulbs wires in the bottom are broken, and needs a replacement bulb the part # is up there and they run about $6 from a dealer only.
