Yesterday I change my tranny fluid, so I take my passenger wheel off, I saw the tire so worm out that I can fell the metal, any way today I take my 94 wheel off ( it have about 98% tread left, I still cant believe I pay $50 for that car, havent give me problem yet  ). the stock wheel on my talon is 16, and the wheel I take off 94 eclipse is 15.6/2, I swap them, and it just fine, I just want to know, that is ok to put 15 on awd talon ?

yes, because your differential will act like if you are turnin all the time, will be working all the time.if i was you, i would not do it for too long, maybe a few days, untill you get the right tire.

if you put all 4 wheels from the 94 on you will be fine. you just cant run different size tires on a awd car

Yeah, tread thickness wont matter enough to screw up the differential.

Are the tires all worn together, or all differently? You might want to get an alignment while you're still running good tires.

2 in the front worn out the same, and 2 in the back worn out the same. There a guy that I use to know, he doing old style alignment, and it work perfect, then the laser alignment, he he not work any more, I really dont trush any other place.

What I meant was are like 3 tires wearing normal and then one of them is almost bare on one of the edges, like it's not running straight? Probalby a good idea to get an alignment anyways.
