rpm shooting up

hey guys. man i got a question what do you think is the problem when i take off my rpm goes all the way up and i have to let off the gas before it kicks into second gear they put it on the machine and my throttle position sensor code came up now i got that fix and its still doing it did they do something wrong?:banghead: :shakehead
