I tried to start my jeep tonight and it won't turn over. I checked the fuses for the fuel pump because I don't hear it starting when I turn the key on. THe fuse is o.k. I was wondering what the next step would be? Do I buy a new pump or is there something else I should look at first? Thanks for all the help.

1. Don't buy a fuel pump yet
2. The fuel pump is inside of the fuel tank
3. You will need to drain all of the fuel to lower it
4. The problem is probably not there
Recomend checking the the CPS or crank position sensor first, it controls the fuel pump.
UH.. did U say it won't turn over??? check out the battery then...

Well just letting everyone know that I took it in and found out it was an electrical module problem. From the dealer the part is going to be around 600 dollars. Thanks anyway

Hmmm, not sure what an electrical module is but I would think the only things that would keep it from turning over would be battery, starter, solenoid, ground or associated wiring.
