VS Auto Starting Problem

I am having a problem with my VS starting. It will only start sometimes and others it won't.

Ihave found that if I wiggle the gear stick I can get it started so I am guessing it is some type of switch that is playing up?

Anyone know what my problem is and is it a simple fix?
