Help!!!!! plz

I don't know what to do I have a Z28 83 Camaro and it has an unconsistant idle it will die after awhile plz advise

The idle could be your ignition timing, or Idle air control.

Clean the choke plate and whatch it's operation very closely when then motor is closed.

Also, if you ahve the original air cleaner on it, make sure the vacuum operated door on the snorkel is hooked up and working correctly.
