hi, the amp i going to be getting is kicker 04KX600.1 but i can get a refurb one for $200 and a new one is almost $400 and i am going to be getting 2 of them for the duel l7's that i am going to be getting, and i was wondering if anyone has had any bad/good experience with refurb car audio. cause if i can save the money then i can get a pair of compenments for the front.

gotta be a reason it's a refurb ... either the orignal user abused it or it was defective from the get go. My only question is, are you SURE they fixed all the damage.

This summer I bought 2 Kicker L5's off E-bay. They were both recons and they both had tight surrounds and they traveled smoothly. I don't know how speakers compair to amps but at a 3rd of the price of a brand new speaker I have not had any problems with my recons yet.
