Dash removal

My father just recently got a 1998 Sebring two door hard top. After listening to the radio the front lsft speakers are blown. So I decided to put a new set of Polk component speakers. With a conversion kit, I'm putting 5 1/2" in the doors. And also with conversion plate, I putting 1 inch twetters in the dash.
One problem, how do I remove the dash? Two things that worry me are the airbags and the woodgrain. Any help would be great
