Full 3" stainless steal exhaust ported 2g manifold and 02 housing - Yes
650cc fule injectors - Depending on your goals yes
225lph fuel pump - Yes
fuel pressure regulator - As long as you dont go cheap yes
high volume fuel rail - Not needed for your setup unless you want the bling factor
short run intake manifold - Again not needed
ported throttle body - Just get a 1g TB, its already 60mm
fmic (20x7x3.5) short run piping - Yes
light flywheel (10lb range) - I've heard the stock flywheel is betteer in some aspects, you might want to chck that out
high performance cluth - 2600 or SBr 3500 are good choices
Boost controller - Yes
HKS vein pressure converter - Get a MAFT
S-AFC neo fuel controller - NO!!! DSMlink

Everything sounds good except for the following...
fuel rail - The stock one will support more than enough fuel flow for your needs.
short run intake manifold - Not really needed until you are running the motor to its maximum capability.
lightweight flywheel - Not really needed, as the stock one will support more than enough for your hp goals, but a lighter one will allow your motor to rev much quicker. All personal preference on this one.
s-afc vs. dsmlink - In my opinion, I would just go with the s-afc if this is all you are planning on doing to the car. Most people say go with dsmlink but I am one of the few who will tell you that the s-afc will suffice your needs with this setup. I have a much much larger setup than this and all I am gonna be running is the s-afc and a gm maft. So again, I would say this one is personal preference.
I think you will be very happy with that setup as it will get you into the mid-low 13 range at the track.

Well Brian, considering he wants a neo which is currently running close to $400 and then he will need a logger, its almost cheaper to get link if he has an eprom. But I will agree that if that is all the further your going to go with your car an afc will "work" BUT if you want any room for improvement without fucking your timing curve get link

Dont listen to Blackcrow, hes crazy ;). DSMlink is the shit, from what I hear its way easier to get a good tune plus you get the good stuff like stutter box, CEL ignoring, and all that good shit. Stutter box is completely worth the extra cost to me :).

What are your plans for the car? do you want to use it for all out drag racing? are you looking to maybe do auto X or road racing? is the car your daily driver?
As far as the flywheel goes...I looked into that a lot...and you probably dont need that light of a flywheel.....You can get a lightened stock flywheel for pretty cheap. Mine weighs about 14.5lbs...stock is about 19lbs....and I was able to feel a big differance...there are a lot of cheap flywheels out there just do your research if you are looking for one...A lot of people will tell you that your car wont be as driveable with a lightened flywheel but you should be fine...

This car is my daily driver. I want a car that i can drive everyday but go to the track a run mid 12s. yes i am aware that this is a high hope but is that i want.
what does it take to run about 25 psi.
I would like to strock and bore all the imperfections
what do you all think???

You've got a pretty good 12 second setup there, I would get cams (fp2's or 272's) before the new intake manifold, and the fuel rail is completely pointless. I dont think 12's on a DD with that setup would be too hard.

I would make the same points that have already been made. TB and Rail are not going to provide any return on investment at this point. HKS VPC is a shitbox and it's outdated (I don't care who ran 6s on it, with a sloppy 14b, stock injectors, water in the gas, up hill and into the wind, with 3 hangnails and diareahha explosions in the pants while driving). The IM will help, but cams will make more sense to do first.
DSMlink with a 2g MAS is the ideal solution, for this particular setup, IMO. The AFC will work (I ran one for many years. Believe it or not, there was a time when there was no such thing as DSMlink :) ), but I'll give my my usual disclaimers about it. On small turbo setups timing will go to shit. That being said:

AFC works better with "larger" setups since more airflow means you are more likely to get on the right timing maps. I've posted extensively about this situation on this forum, and I beleive I even have it in the tech pages of my site. :) My "personal preference" is to use something that was engineered to work properly, not something I have to constantly work around to get it to work correctly. There is a difference between something that works, and something that works correctly.
Now, with a proper understanding of how the AFC fuckery or the VPC "magic" works, you can safely get by and even make excellent power. I can accept the fact that DSMlink will not be for everyone (availabilty of EPROM ECUs, cost, complexity, etc). But I still always at least recomend it first. If the person decides to go the AFC route anyway, I provide all the info needed to warn them so they can avoid costly mistakes (search).
That is all. :)

You guys are making me blush. I'm still learning, just like everyone else here ;)
Come on guys, I don't even have 6,000 posts yet, you should be able to read them all in an afternoon...
Searching really is an art. Sometimes I try to search for a post that I wrote and have a hard time. The best thing to do is practice. But there are a couple of tips I can offer. Select just forums you expect to find your answer in. It really narrows down the results and filters out crap from non-related forums. You can control click to select multiple forums (like eclipse/talon/laser, problem diagnosis, and performance, for example). Another good one is to fill in the author field if you know who wrote the post. Then you will only get results that include posts by that member. So now you will only get results from people that you think wrote what you are looking for, in the forums you would expect them to be in, and with the search terms you specify. The search words you punch in are where all the magic is. It's usually best to start off pretty general and see if you get what you need. Get more specific if you have to narrow down the results. Starting too specific can limit the results and actually filter out what you are trying to find. :) Happy searching!

the only thing we can do on here is RECOMMEND parts and where to get them etc. it is completely up to you on where you buy it, what you buy and how much you pay for it. my suggestion to you is to find different websites that do a product review and go from there. it's your car, so ultimately its your call.....good luck with the build bro
