my darn avitar will not work and i do not have the foggiest on how to fix it any sugestions?

Is the link to the picture you used dead? Did the site change its address? Is it a site that requires you to log in? Any of these can prevent it from being show. Most likely its the first one. The site its from is down or the link changed.

i coppied if from the site and trimmed it down to fit the required size

I would say upload the pic, rather that link to the site.

I thought all custom avatars were stored on the AF servers, regardless of whether they are uploaded or linked to.

well now the shit has realy hit the fan every time i go to change my avitar my program (microsoft explorer) crashes and burns pulling illegil funtions and fucking my desk top up. so im clueless now

Right click>>properties concludes that the image is stored on this site. I dunno what could be the problem...
