B13 Sentra Ignition Problem. Please Help.

I have a 91' sentra with a ga engine and my problem is that my ignition fusible link keeps blowing when I replace with a new one and try to start the car. When I put it on acc it makes a weird buzzing noise.It started but it dies. Please help...Thanks in advance.
